Come Early - Stay Late Package is available for $50.00 charge and can be added on during the booking process or by emailing info@getawayranchtx.com. You can check in at 1:00 pm and check out at 1:00 pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your reservation 14 days or more before your check-in date you will be issued a full refund. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before your check-in date for any reason, your credit card will be charged the full amount of your reservation and you must contact Getaway Ranch TX within 10 days to reschedule your travel dates. Failure to contact Getaway Ranch TX within the 10 days of your cancellation will forfeit your ability to reschedule. Weather conditions are not a valid reason for cancellation or reservation modifications.
CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN
You may check in at 3pm or later Central time. Our contactless check-in means you never have to wait in line to access your room. You will receive your check-in information by 12pm the day of your arrival.
CONTACTLESS CHECK-OUT
Check out must be completed by 11am Central Time. We will bill your card on file for any incidentals or damages.
PET POLICY
Although we love animals, pets are not allowed at Getaway Ranch TX.
SMOKING POLICY
Getaway Ranch TX does not allow smoking.
INCIDENTALS AND DAMAGES
Your occupying the rental unit acknowledges that you agree that you shall pay additional charges, should they be incurred, as well as all administrative and/or legal charges of collecting these charges, for damages beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to stains on bedspreads, sheets, towels, furniture, carpets, etc. as well as broken furniture and/or decorations and missing items from your stay. You will need to notify Getaway Ranch TX with any incidentals or damages that you incur. If we find any damages upon cleaning your unit you will be charged accordingly.
WILDLIFE & LIVESTOCK
By booking a reservation at Getaway Ranch TX, you understand that we are situated in a remote location on 30 acres in the Texas Hill Country with an abundance of wildlife including but not limited to armadillos, spiders, scorpions, deer, fox, snakes, birds of prey, hogs, lizards, skunks, opossums, wasps, mosquitos and bees to name a few. You also understand that you are responsible for all risks and bodily injury that may occur from encounters with wildlife and/or livestock while staying at Getaway Ranch TX.
POOL/HOT TUB
No lifeguard is on site. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Getaway Ranch TX is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or death that may occur while particpating in the Getaway Ranch's amenities.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including serious injuries or death, that may be sustained by me (or my minor child), as a result of my (or my minor child’s) participation in any Getaway Ranch Activity, whether caused by negligence of Getaway Ranch or otherwise. I have voluntarily elected to enter Getaway Ranch’s premises and engage in Getaway Ranch’s activities, knowing that conditions may be hazardous, or may become hazardous to me and/or my property, and that access to medical personnel and/or facilities may be limited. Certain inherent risks involved in outdoor activities offered by Getaway Ranch, include but are not limited to: inclement weather-related hazards; rugged terrain or bodies of water; wild animals and livestock; swimming; hammocks; insects; and poisonous plants. I understand that additional unknown or unanticipated risks do exist that may result in injury or death.
